Midboro Management is an award-winning firm that has earned a solid reputation for providing the highest standards in residential property management services. Founded in 1963, Midboro specializes in managing cooperatives and condominiums throughout the greater New York area. Our portfolio includes more than 12,000 apartments in 100 pre- and post- war buildings.

Led by President Michael J. Wolfe, Midboro’s 62 highly trained property management professionals have extensive knowledge in the areas of finance, real estate regulations and codes, structural and mechanical systems, energy strategies, staff supervision and training. Midboro’s back office is one of the strongest in the industry. In addition to our robust management practice, we also provide construction administration services.

We utilize a team approach to residential property management, integrating management services with financial back office accounting and reporting. Our goal is to maximize the value of the apartments in the buildings we manage. Our account executives make frequent visits to our buildings to address all their maintenance and capital needs. This attention to detail enhances property values.

Each client is assigned an account executive, assistant manager, and full-charge bookkeeper, who work in conjunction with all of our departments to ensure that all resident and building staff needs are met.

Excellent customer service is another of Midboro’s goals. Whether a resident lives in a 12-room duplex on Fifth Avenue or a small studio downtown, our objective is to assist each resident with respect and efficiency evidenced by Midboro’s excellent client retention rate.
