Founded in 1963, Midboro Management is currently responsible for a portfolio of 75 luxury cooperative, condominium and rental properties.

The company won the NYARM 2007 Management Company of the Year award, has been named the number one mid-sized management firm in the Greater New York Metropolitan Area by The Cooperator Magazine and was honored as "Outstanding Management Company of 2000" by the Associated Builders & Owners of Greater New York, Inc. (ABO).

Company president Michael Jay Wolfe is the recipient of Habitat Magazine's Gold Management Achievement Award and a popular guest lecturer at the Academy for Continuing Education. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) and is treasurer of the Association of Cooperative and Condominium Managers (ACCM). An expert in a wide range of services pertaining to residential real estate, he holds New York State licenses for real estate, mortgage and insurance brokerage.
