About the Management Division
Midboro Management continues to earn a solid reputation for delivering
the highest standards in residential property management. We are
best known for our wealth of experience, our attention to detail,
and our unsurpassed level of customer service.
The Midboro portfolio consists of luxury post and prewar buildings,
and includes more than 6,400 residential units in properties on
the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Lower Manhattan, and Queens.
Located in the Penn Station area, our offices are at a central transportation
hub -- giving our managers quick access to all accounts.
The management division is headed by Michael Jay Wolfe, president
of Midboro Management, and Robert Grant, who has 20 years of experience
in real estate management (click
to read his biography). Each of our nine property managers brings
both experience and industry integrity to the company.
Our back office, accounting and administrative staff is led by
our CFO and CPA, Gary Ziprin. The staff consists of 13 highly-trained
individuals. The transfer department, part of the management division,
is staffed by two highly experienced, long-time employees. Each
department head within the management division is a seasoned professional.
