Midboro Management offers two ways to simplify your monthly maintenance and common charge payments. You can choose to have the payments automatically deducted from a bank account, using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. Or, you can make your payments online.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network

To have your payments automatically deducted from your bank account, you must download and complete the Authorization Agreement for Direct ACH Payements form. Instructions are on the form, and we will begin processing the application as soon as we receive it.
