Midboro’s management division—which oversees  pre- and post- war buildings totaling more than 12,000 units in the New York area is led by President Michael J. Wolfe and Director Robert D. Grant,  who both have decades of co-op and condo experience. Our team includes fifteen expert property managers and twenty assistant managers and administrative staff associates.

Midboro’s back office, accounting, and administrative staff is led by CFO Gary Ziprin. The team of fifteen highly skilled professionals cover our energy conservation, transfer, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project management, and code compliance departments.
